John Walys is on a mission - he believes his Cobs organic popcorn is so good it can even convert people who profess to dislike popcorn. "There's a group that claim they hate popcorn. That's until they taste our popcorn and they are converted," he said. A trained naturopath, Mr Walys and wife Ravit started experimenting with popcorn in their kitchen. "Not only did we want to create a snack food made of the finest organic ingredients but we wanted it to be great tasting," Mr Walys said. With the focus on healthier eating, he could see an opening for a healthier snack option. "It's a really good snack because it is produced with minimal processing," he said.
